What is your fuel policy?

We follow a fair fuel policy — pick full, return full. Your rental car will be delivered with a full fuel tank and you should return it with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, charges apply based on current fuel prices plus a service fee.
Can I extend my rental period?

What if the car breaks down during my rental?

Am I allowed to drive outside Goa?

Our standard rental agreement covers driving within Goa state only. If you need to travel to neighboring states like Karnataka or Maharashtra, inform us in advance. Interstate travel requires additional paperwork and may involve extra charges.
What does your insurance cover?

All rentals include comprehensive insurance covering third-party liability and vehicle damage. However, damage due to negligent driving, driving under influence, or violation of traffic rules is not covered. Always drive responsibly and follow traffic regulations.
